Comprehensive Community Planning Workshop at the Delta Barrington, in Halifax Nova Scotia On February 27 & 28, 2018. The Mi’kmaq Confederacy of PEI and the Department of Indigenous Services Canada is will be co-hosting the 2018 Atlantic Region Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) Workshop February 27-28 in Halifax, NS at the Delta Barrington. The workshop will provide participants with information regarding community planning and allow for an exchange of ideas, information and best practices. Comprehensive Community Planning presents a unique and exciting opportunity for First Nation communities to plan and build their futures in ways that make sense to communities. Based on space limitations and the desire to ensure all First Nations in the Atlantic Region have the opportunity to participate in this Workshop, one spot per First Nation have been set aside for delegates.
